I’ve been in sales most of my adult life, starting in the auto body industry in Northern Alberta. From apprentice to licensed operator, I eventually ran my own shop — a job that taught me the value of hard work, service, and building relationships.
After years of hands-on work, I wanted to exercise my mind as much as my skills. That led me to John Deere, selling agricultural equipment in High Prairie. It was here that I honed what would become a core strength: relationship building. I quickly saw a gap — farmers needed full-service support when selling the family farm, not just equipment. That realization inspired me to get my real estate license, and my career truly began.
I spent the first few years selling all types of real estate in Northern Alberta before an opportunity brought me to Red Deer in 2006. My wife, our four children, and I embraced the move — and over the next 15 years, I’ve worked with clients on residential homes, commercial properties, and farmland across Alberta. I still maintain strong ties to Northern Alberta, helping family, friends, and local communities with their real estate needs.
Along the way, I co-founded WEBA - Western Equipment Brokers Association, an equipment brokerage. It complements my real estate work perfectly: conversations about equipment naturally open doors to discussions about property, relationships, and opportunity.
Now, with Real Estate 2.0, I’ve combined my experience, relationships, and insight into a model that’s different by design. I represent only one client per transaction, prioritizing transparency, loyalty, and keeping your equity where it belongs. Every deal is unique, every person brings a story, and my job is simple — listen, advise, and guide toward the best outcome.
I believe in direct communication, personal visits, and one-on-one attention. Emails and texts have their place, but nothing replaces the clarity of a conversation or the connection of meeting face-to-face. That’s how I approach every transaction — honestly, attentively, and with respect for everyone at the table.
Real Estate Journey
With over two decades in real estate, I’ve seen markets rise, shift, and reinvent themselves—but one thing hasn’t changed: traditional commission models. Despite technology transforming how we buy and sell, the cost of selling real estate has stayed frozen in time.
That’s why I co-founded Real Estate 2.0—a brokerage built on fairness, transparency, and modern value. The role of a real estate professional is still vital, but the way we’re compensated should reflect today’s realities. My goal is simple: to provide experienced representation, informed guidance, and genuine peace of mind—without taking more than our fair share of your equity.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across residential, farmland, and commercial properties, ensuring every transaction is conducted ethically, efficiently, and with absolute clarity. I’ve served as a Director with both the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) and the Central Alberta Realtors Association (CARA), where I’ve helped strengthen standards of professionalism and advocacy for our industry.
Today, I’ve made a clear commitment in how I practice: I represent only one side of every deal—never both. Because I believe transparency and loyalty can only exist when you serve one client, one interest, one goal at a time.

I’ve been fortunate to build a life full of family, career, and meaningful work. Marc and I have been married since 1991, and together we’ve raised four amazing children who continue to inspire us every day.
After completing my business diploma, I began my professional journey in the world of insurance, focusing on life insurance and investment planning. That experience taught me the value of building trust, understanding people’s goals, and managing complex financial decisions with care and integrity.
When it was time to focus on our family, I took a step back from the corporate world to raise our children and take on a supportive role alongside Marc. Over the years, I’ve contributed to every chapter of his career; whether as an agent, broker, or entrepreneur, helping him navigate the business side of real estate and other ventures.
Along the way, I became a licensed real estate agent myself, combining my understanding of business, finance, and client service to support both Marc and our clients. Today, I continue to play a vital role in Real Estate 2.0, specializing in residential properties and condominiums, while also supporting operations, accounting, and back-end management. I make sure every transaction runs smoothly, every client feels supported, and every opportunity is handled with care.
Family remains at the heart of everything I do. I’m so proud of my four children. Our eldest daughter now works with me in our business, contributing her own skills and energy to Real Estate 2.0. Our son has also followed in our footsteps as a licensed realtor, making a strong presence in the Vancouver market. Our middle daughter has pursued her passion for automotive sales, like her father, and our youngest is chasing her dream of becoming an opera singer—each carving their own path while inspiring us with their dedication and ambition.

Whether it’s coordinating marketing campaigns, managing listings, or creating content that connects with people, my goal is to make every interaction, online or in person, a positive, engaging experience.
